3. Recovery time
Another drawback associated with facial plastic surgeries, and plastic surgeries in general, is the time needed to undertake the procedure. The recovery period takes weeks. Depending on the surgery’s kind, area, or intensity, the recovery time will be variable. During this period, the patients will have to rest. In some cases, their routine activities may be hampered, too.
